At present, the gSo-ba Rig-pa education is available only in Dzongkha (Bhutanese) and Choekey (Sanskrit) and it limits recruitment of overseas students. If we can develop international program of the gSo-ba Rig-pa in English, it will attract many foreign students and bring in much needed revenue to the country.
Rgyud-Bzi

The main text of gSo-ba Rig-pa, Rgyud-Bzi, is a Tibetan composition, based largely on Indian sources. Although the actual origin and history of the Rgyud-Bzi was the subject of heated dispute among Tibetan scholars, the 5th Dalai Lama and his regent Sangay Gyamtso firmly upheld and view that Rgyud-Bzi was first taught in India by the historical Buddha, when he manifested himself as the master of remedies.
