If you think you are worthless and useless, then you are. The only way to get out of this rut is to think that you are somebody and that you can make something out of yourself.

Do not compare yourself with others, do your best in whatever you do. It is not wrong to fail. In fact, it is through failure that you discover success.

You are depressed and I would suggest that you seek help by talking about your problems first before you see a psychiatrist. If you are not comfortable talking to friends and family, you can talk to some Mental counsellors.

See a doctor (general practitioner) for an assessment first. He will decide if a psychiatrist/psychologist is needed and will refer accordingly. If you cannot afford it, you should go to a polyclinic to be assessed by the doctor and a referral will be given if needed.

I am anorexic. My weight is dropping drastically and I am in pain after every meal with a tendency to vomit. What should I do?

Please see a polyclinic doctor who can refer you to the Institute of Mental Health (IMH). They have specialists who can help you. Get a referral letter and go as soon as possible before serious health problems erupt.

You have to change your attitude. It is a defeatist attitude to say that it's better not to make friends and to lose them. This is life, we make money, we lose it in investment and it's the same with friends.

You have to change your attitude. Nobody can help you to change except yourself. If you have really tried and yet you have not been successful, please seek professional help. See a polyclinic doctor, tell him about your problem and get a referral to a specialist.
